I will keep this short and to the point, (oh if only that were possible 🙂 . When is the last time you were in the market or even at home and decided to look at the ingredients on something you were about to eat or prepare?
If you did look was it only to see the caloric values or sodium content or did you actually read all the ingredients, furthermore did you ever take the time to decipher what those ingredients actually were?
Ya, me neither! The names of those things are scary enough let alone knowing what toxins I am pre-embalming my body with.
That is why I really like whole organic foods you know like when you buy an ear of corn and behold inside the husk is corn, that’s it, nothing added and nothing taken away.
