In the Valley…

Periodically, on our roller coaster ride through life we reach pinnacles and valleys. I suppose if we were to draw a straight line that represented a median we would see a series of rising above and falling below that line. I, like probably most of you can probably look at this line and see it rise to various heights and of course fall to various depths.

On this journey our emotions inevitably rise and fall with our circumstances. On the high side many are willing to share their high, with good moods, positive attitudes and a smorgasbord of other traits, attributes and similar such nuances, to let the world around us know we are on top of it. At other times we are in the deep, at times on our way to despair or maybe we have already arrived there, and many of us at those times struggle to even respond to a cheerful salutation.

These times are when it seems every door is shut, and every opportunity has fled, as if the black cloud hanging over you has run on a head of you to warn off any possible salvation from the mood and moment.

Who want’s to hear of someone’s woe’s… really, all though some close to you may be open for a time, and will empathize or offer some well-meaning advice, by and large we are drawn to those doing well or at least able to fake it well enough, Who really wants to hear it…

I don’t even want to hear it…
